Hopper, Jr. Middle School.  It was opened in 2007.  Hopper Middle School is located across Oak Landing subdivision.  It is situated at the intersection of Fry Rd and St Michaels Pass.  

About George Hopper

According to the Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District website, George E. Hopper Jr. dedicated 32 of his 42 years in education to CFISD.  Mr. Hopper began his career in CFISD in 1972 as a teacher and coach at Jersey Village High School.  Mr. Hopper was then promoted as assistant principal and associate principal while at Jersey Village High School.  Mr. Hopper then opened Campbell Middle School, Langham Creek and Cypress Falls High Schools as principal.  During Mr. Hopper’s time at Langham Creek High School it was identified as a National Blue Ribbon School. the first high school in the district to to receive this distinction. Mr. Hopper was then promoted to a district level position as the director of ancillary personnel and the director of athletics up until his retirement in 2004.  Mr. Hopper and his wife, Pamela, have 5 children.
