About Dolores and Raymond Reed

According to the Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District website, Dolores and Raymond Reed were teachers in CFISD.  Dolores started working in the district in 1963 and Raymond began his career in 1964.  Mrs. Reed was one of the first elementary librarians.  Mr. Reed was the district’s first maintenance and transportation director before being promoted as an assistant superintendent.  After 24 years with CFISD Mr. and Mrs. Reed retired in 1991.  Mr. and Mrs. Reed have two children, James Robert and Lou Ann.   They were married for 64 years before his passing in 2012.
