According to the Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District website, Arlene Robison dedicated 32 of her 41 years in education in CFISD.  Mrs. Robison started her career in CFISD as a teacher at Matzke Elementary for 4 years.  She was promoted to an assistant principal at Adam Elementary where she spent 1 year.  Mrs. Robison was then promoted as a principal where she spent the next 27 years at Hollbrook, Francone, and Willbern Elementary Schools.  Mrs. Robison was able to open both Francone and Willbern Elementary before her retirement in 2002.
