Property Tax Rate (2025 and 2026)
Westcreek and Sommerall West are in MUD 264 and, unlike the other villages, not in Harris County WCID 145. The combined rate was 2.213359% for 2025 and is 2.356668% for 2026; MUD 264 has proposed 0.40 for 2026 (hearing October 21), which would make it 2.383968%. Westcreek Section 7 lots sit outside the mapped district outlines, so the appraisal district record settles which districts bill them. There’s no City of Houston tax. The 2026 figures use Cy-Fair ISD’s adopted 1.1569, which is subject to the November 3, 2026 Proposition A election, and each district’s 2025 rate, because none had adopted a 2026 rate on October 14, 2026.
