About Patti Becker McFee

According to the Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District website, Patti Becker McFee worked for CFISD for 28 years.  She began her career in CFISD as a paraprofessional at Matzke Elementary for eight years and spent the remaining 20 years in the district’s human resources office.  Mrs. McFee was the director for certification and records and then director of human resource systems before her retirement in February of 1995.  Mrs. McFee was very instrumental in computerizing personnel records so that records could be shared with payroll and financial services.  She also created a tracking system that paired personnel/applicant data with certification and other necessary information. She and her husband, James, have two children, Kerry and Kellye, who are both CFISD graduates.
