Buying or selling a home zoned to Waller High School?
Families shopping this zone are usually choosing between very different settings under one high school: a Bridgeland village, a new master plan off FM 2920, or acreage north of Waller. I help buyers narrow that choice by commute, tax rate and the elementary each address feeds, and I keep an eye on Warren Ranch, because its boundary will matter to anyone with a child starting high school in 2028 or later. As your real estate buyer’s agent I’ll negotiate on your behalf; if you’re selling, I’ll price your home against the new construction competing for the same buyers. We’ll agree on how I’m paid up front and in writing. Call or text me, Kevan Pewitt, at (281) 500-7077, email kevan@houstonprimerealty.com, or reach out here.
